(sluggish) Sheldon area run + 4x200

Weather: sunny but cool, breezy

Comments:
Ran from Oakway after a little pool warm-up, then jogged straight to Sheldon HS. Really committed to doing 4x200, however awful they may be. Did some easy jogging around school grounds, then a lap of strides, then got after it:

35.0, 33.9, 33.6, 33.5

I'm CONVINCED my damn HRM watch is slow on these, because the ONLY time I've had "fast 200s" is when I've used my normal Ironman watch! I eased into the first, then pushed the next three. Big focus on being forward + arched, and pawing with the whole foot. Easy-moderate jog back to work, just in time.
