Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Stayed late finishing up some things and putting in that work. Planned to go to the gym at night. I was pretty tired right before but I knew it would be good to go. Warm up jog from the parking lot to the gym, did 1.5 on the treadmill and 0.5 on the track. Ankle was what I wanted to test. The brace felt tight and I could feel it on my soles with each step. Kinda annoying since I am not used to it. It was a little unstable and tender too overall. Made it through. Just took it easy with the pace.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, abs
After biking got a good stretch in. Was nice to sit down for a while too and just let me brain rest. Gym wasnt too busy today. The FOBs were messing everything up and I laughed at that. Stretch felt good and did some ankle mobility here an there. Its loosening up but still very tender. Felt best on the jog back to the parking lot. Temp was perfect and it was dark and damp. Playing it safe inside today though.
