Easy PRE to SPFD + weights

November 11, 2015 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: high 40s, brisk but dry

Comments:
Pretty good AM. A lot of cancel holes, which allowed me to wrap-up my UR column.

Did a few drills and stretches, then got after it. No HRM again - BUT, I got a hold of CPC, and he's gonna get me a NEW ONE! Rock On! - so I just rolled with the GPS...until it crapped out AGAIN, due to the cold. So I did this weird thing where I just RAN...by feel!

Ran easy the long[ish] way to Alton Baker, then through PRE, all the way to SPFD and Island Park.

NOT SORE. Really interesting. This is tremendous feedback for stride efficiency: being tired but not particularly sore or stiff. Even in the AM, walking down the stairs, my feet or ankles aren't stiff. Good stuff.

But I WAS tired. So I rolled real easy, true recovery pace.

Really didn't want to lift, but I went, anyway, doing a three-set of:

- bridges and glutes (body weight)
- abs
- deadlifts
- horizontal ring pulls

That's all I had time for, then back to work.

...then I had a cancel, so I went to get my haircut! lols

PM: CA left for a work trip in Spokane, and Nathan bailed from a Lonesome Randall night, so I did laundry, ate, then hustled to T&G to finish the column and work on a gait analysis.
