Weather: warm to begin, nice to end

Comments:
12*(gradual hill - steep hill - strider loop = 700meters.)

Always been one of my least favorite workouts because I never achieve a good performance relative to how crappy/tired I feel after the workout. i guess it was a solid day though, good pack of 10 guys in front.
