Comments:
We had the long run at 10:00 instead of 9:30, which made absolutely no difference in any way whatsoever. It was the usual group, starting at the foot of Oblong, taking that to the end, crossing 7 to Scott Hill road, making a right on 43, running through the Mount Hope area, then doing Blair plus the River path. Pace felt leisurely but respectable. I've really enjoyed this weekend, so now it's just a matter of enduring 3.5 days of classes, and a rehearsal on Tuesday when I'll have to miss practice, before nationals and then trip back to the Commonwealth.
Assorted strength work--quality over quantity.
