Comments:
I was rather flat again today, keeping with the trend so far this season. I did, however, start to come out of it some on the last couple loops. This workout was more a psychological battle than a physical one. I'm starting to wonder if I need to really push a workout very hard here soon to see where I am, beacause right now I am clueless. Though, maybe I want to be a bit flat. We all know I could have used a little stability last year.
