Comments:
Tried to run today. Did the reversed Classic Campus Loop. It was going fine, til I got back on the quad, and my right knee started hurting a lot. Walking around after the run, and it's still killing me. Thought I'd be done with the endless cross-training, but I guess I've got a little more to go.
