Comments:
About 90 degrees. Did weights first and then did a one mile warm-up on course with team. Next, did three Trent Loops alone. Went at a relatively slow pace, but got faster on each Trent Loop. Final distance 4.5 miles plus a one mile warm up. 5.5 miles.
