Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
All day at lab adding in some work. Pretty productive it was very quiet though. I had planned on running on campus, but it got dark quick, thought it would be easier just to go from home. So I came back and headed out. It was dark, got into a really good pace on the trail though. A biker passed me and commented, that was nice. Caught the end of the sunset which was pretty amazing. Took it a little slower back on the road since I couldnt see real good. Felt good the entire time though. Lower legs were awfully tight though, ankles and shins.

Essentials: Stretch, abs

Stretch and abs in the side room, nice little workout space. It hasnt been that cold lately so the room is very nice. Stretch was good getting a little bit of flexibility back. ITs feeling tight though. Abs were pretty good too really needed to fit those in. Short mileage today just what I needed, get my legs moving quick and get back into training. Turkey Trot is next week.
