Run to the Rec Center

Comments:
Lazy day just chilling at the house. Needed that. Made it out to run just before sunset rolled around. Havnt done the run up to the gym in a while. Nice to get back on that. Felt tired today and slow, just took it comfortable. Quick lifting stuff then came back. As I was coming back the sunset was amazing. People all over the place were stopping to watch it, pretty cool. It was gone by the time I got back. Good to get outside on the streets today but felt exhausted when I got back, and was ready to be done.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Finally got a roll in. IT bands just feeling really tight lately. Very hungry when I got back too. Bad because I was feeling tired and lazy and it took me a while to finish stretching and get onto dinner.
