Last morning run of the summer. I'm a little sad. . .

I ran 6 sets. I started out strong running my first two sets under 3:50 but I faded a bit down the stretch finishing up in the 3:55 range (with one at 4:00). This is a killer workout and I love it even if my knees pay the price for the downhill.

Great job to all the warriors battling the hill for the last week and a half! I applaud that effort.
