Comments:
Did the workout below at AU with Zeke, wearing Victories. We were supposed to run these at 5k pace, but essentially just winged it for both the intervals and the recoveries. Although nervous that I wouldn't be able to do this, I felt pretty good and--excepting the 1000m--it never got particularly difficult. It also mentally feels good to have a second workout for the week under my belt.
