Really looking for a run today. Getting back into the lab grind and its gonna take some running to settle me down a little bit. Came home right at sunset and headed out. Clif bar midday saved me. It was chilly again tonight. Quiet out just people heading home from work. Headlamp must be running low on batteries. It was really dim and I had to take it slow on some parts cause I couldnt see. Felt pretty solid today though, better than the past few days. Came back along Prospect to avoid the traffic.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Better stretch and roll when I got back. IT was kinda tight today and rolling stretched it out a lot. Feeling tight overall and not that flexible. Feeling much better afterwards, now its back to work. Just got to plan in the run and make it work out.
