Cross Country Practice

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Wet grass, Cool no breeze but was very nice out.

Comments:
Warm-up 800 (fast for some reason?). Then Mr. Clark let us pick our own mileage and pace. Luke, Tom, Jim and I decided to run the Jason Buyck route plus orchard terrace. On the way up, I was in third and on the way down I sprinted down orchard terrace (downhill) and pulled into first. I kept trying to keep my distance away from Lucas when I droppped my inhaler. I had to go back and get it, allowing him time to catch up with me. He eventually passed me finished about 30 secs in front of me. On the last mile or so I had slowed down significantly because of the exhaustion, I forced myself to sprint so that Tom wouldn't pass me.
