Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Today we did a 10 mile long run. It was great. At first I felt like I could not even run the first 2 miles but then we all took turns praying and giving our run to the Lord and after that thats what I focused on and it turned out great. We had some great and encouraging conversations.
