Comments:
we had a hard workout today. 2min hard, 1 min easy , 1 min hard 1mind easy, that set we did it 8 times.
i actually felt good. i was scared my shin would hurt a lot, but it hurt only a little. good enough to finish the workout. we also did a course run of the 1.5miles loop. not a bad workout. kept up with mark and we almost kept up with nick.
