Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Hot as a tin roof in july
Comments:
Man, I need to get a wheel to measure this stuff. We were doing 720's instead of 500's. I liked the workout now that I am done, but never felt very comfortable. I tried to listen to what i had said about staying smooth and relaxed, but it's pretty hard to do when you aren't feeling all that swell. so here's some conversion times to help you know how fast you were running. Remember it was 98 or 99 degrees out.
2:20= 5:20 mile pace or 16:40 5k
2:40= 5:52 mile pace or 18:20 5k pace
3:00= 6:24 mile pace or 20:00
3:20= 6:56 mile pace or 21:40 5k
3:40= 7:28 mile pace or 23:20 5k
4:00= 8:00 mile pace or 25:00 5k
I am totally impressed with this workout even though it was hot. Many people are running so much better than a week ago. Hang in there. hard work pays off.
