The PowerBar I ate after seminar was so clutch, wasnt that hungry when I got home on the late side. Such an intense week with fairly long hours, I was pretty burnt out, so I just threw my stuff on an rolled out into the night. Started out feeling good, feeling quick. Held onto it just going at a strong pace. It was warm out again tonight, shorts weather in December... Usually I try to get one shorts run in just for fun, not I barely need pants. Loop around stadium was good, felt like going more, pushed hard up the hill and through town. Started to feel tired on the way pack, but worked to keep the pace. Overall, just felt wound up. One of those runs. It was great to unleash it all. Right shin a little tight today but everything else feeling good.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Stretch and roll out. Felt really tight. Tried to roll out on my shin, didnt really work that well. Now I am hungry good timing. Got to get on that PowerBar jawn now.

Rounded up not quite 6.5 but kinda close.
