Comments:
I'm really proud of this run. I ran for 2 hours less than 24 hours prior this run. And did an hour of cross fit yesterday. Made it through!!
I left the house at 5:04 am. Met Kristen at the bike stop cafe katy trail.
Ran out 1 hour back 1 hour. Ate part of HUMA before I left house. Ate on it throughout the two hours. Had to stop and use the bathroom. . . Glad I had toilet paper with me.
At her van she loaded me up... Rehydrate, 02Gold both Advocare products. And a few grapes. Ran to Meredith's house. Ran the last 7 miles with her. Got into the GU with caffeine with 30 minutes left.
