Pretty empty. Kids must be studying or just burnt out from the semester. Workout out was:

3 sets of:
Seated DB Shoulder Press x10 (20 lbs)

Straight Leg DB Deadlift x10 (50 lbs)

Planks x1min

Medball Pushups x10

Planks were solid, med ball pushups were tough. Really had to push at the end. Felt the burn in my shoulders.
