Lunch treadmill + ex bike

Ankle was sore in the AM, just walking around, but seemed to improve as the day went on. So I jogged easy to the gym, where I hopped on the treadmill.

I thought this would be a good opportunity to do a MAF test, but the HR was jacking right off the bat! This is strange, given that I had a rest day yesterday, but then I realized we've had awful stagnant air in the valley for days - and today was the peak - so even INDOORS the asthma was rough! So I kept it easy, but even 8:30 pace jacked the HR!

Felt NO syptoms in the ankle, but stopped anyway, getting a lift in, then hitting the spin bike in the "extreme fit" area. They had an early 90s jams station on, which was key. Can't beat spinning to "Bust a Move!"

No sx on the bike.

PM: met CA for a beer at T&G.
