Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
It isn't really a secret I suppose but that is what we call the route. I added 6 to it by running to the meetup from work. Seems like half the runs these day's I get chosen as run leader(ie guy who shows people where to go and runs in front). I've come a fair ways from when I started this year when I could barely keep up.
Sore ankle muscle/tendons. Nothing serious I guess but worth watching.
For what it is worth I'm more interested in running for 2 hours right now on a given day than how far I run.
