Easy run + weights + pool!!

Comments:
Interesting day: had a pool visit at Oakway at 2:15, so I had 135 minutes to run, lift and get in the pool! Since I was meeting this guy IN the pool, no need to shower!

So I wound up running 10 miles easy into SPFD, then to Oakway. Kept it chill (8s pace) as I was feeling that hill workout, still! Lots of quad thrash! Did x7 strides, then to Oakway, where I did a two-set lift, THEN into the pool, LOLS!
