Ex bike + arm swings at work

Woke up with it pretty sore again. I'm nervous about this - not sure if I'm being *too nervous* - but I feel like last week was Strike One, and this week, Strike Two. And if I push through this and it flares again, I'm screwed for Bandera. So I'm going conservative.

I DO think I've over-tensed the ankle, so while walking, I've been working on "relaxed, athletic" ankling-style walking, but it's been sore. Foam and tennis-ball rolled the shin this AM and that was sore, too!

So, today: no running again. Did 45 minutes on the ex bike, with intermittent bouts (most of the time) with quick arm swings, leaning slightly forward. Good stuff! I feel like that helps work my arms AND gets the HR up to MAF without overworking the legs.
