Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Came back to work and got on the spin bike. Did some pick-ups -- with "runner arms" -- while wawtching some Youtube running vids (some cool Salomon vids).
Did 5x5min pickups with 1:00 (or so) rest. HR was 15x at first, then got to 16xs by the end of em. 40min, total.
QWAAADZ not too trashed!
PM: not very sore at all, which is great.
Met with a new prospective coaching client (local, and a former patient - GOOD guy, I think!). Ate, then CA worked on my calf and anle, which I think was good!
