Sideroom Abs

Man such a fried week. I was just burnt out when I got home this afternoon. Eventually made it into the side room to do a little bit of strength training. Just set my timer to 5 mins and did various workouts continuously with 10 lbs weights and med ball. Felt a bit of a workout in my upper body and core. It was nice to fit it in. Leg feel restless thought. Looked up Vermont Marathon and I would need to start training in February. I think I can get my act together by then in the lab and on the streets. After my end of the year report and another meeting, I want to have a more concrete understanding moving forward with the projects. Basically get on the same page with everyone. Just like a solid training plan.
