Oakway Pool run

Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
Went immediately from run to the pool. Did some deeper water stuff (chest to shoulder), then - when the lanes were open - did exclusively waist deep jogging. Heavy emphasis on quick feet, high turnover. I like doing the shallow stuff because I can really work on "Anton Arms" scap-elbow form.

PM: felt sore and stiff to stretch, but fine... still uncertain how much it's joint, vs muscles

EPT Christmas bash at 6ish. Took Callie with to Bates Steakhouse. We had the bash here in '11, but I enjoyed it WAY more this time around, now that I'm high-fat. Excellent meal, and a fun time!

Took student Nathan out for one last goodbye beer. His last day is tomorrow, then he's back to Iowa. Real good guys!
