Exercise Type: Run

Weather: A headwind was coming down the homestretch of the track.

Comments:
We ran a warm-up 800m. After Mr. Clark had us do a timed mile, I had to take the lead because Lucas didn't, I was worn out because I led the first two laps. Lucas made his move on the third lap. I came about 11 seconds behind Lucas. Mr. Clark had us then do one ticker. After that he had us do a field. Jim, Tom and I then ran a cooldown 3/4 mile.
