YOOO go see Star Wars The Force Awakens that shit was tight so happy star wars is back it was just what I expected and what fans needed, done pretty well and got me pumped up! I went to see it at 10:30am which is a weird time to go to the movies, don't think I have ever done that. I would definitely see it again and WTF the cliffhanger at the end can't wait for the rest of the trilogy. Disney is gonna just rake in the cash on these movies they could make a new one every year and everyone would go see it. SO yea Star Wars is dope.
After I calmed down in the afternoon went on a decent run through town, up University, along the base of Libe Sloe, then back home via Stewart and the foot bridge. It was actually snowing on my run, which was kinda cool, first one of the winter. Now I appreciate why I have been growing out the beard. Had some stomach cramps on the way back home. Made it back just in time.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Legs feel decent after stretching, little tight in my back and upper body. Maybe it was from sleeping on the couch last night. Or tensing up during all the action scenes!
