Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Drove up to Hamilton in the afternoon. More driving tightened up my legs even more. I had a headache this morning and realized that I needed some coffee. Felt much better then headed up. Some rain along the way but made good time. Fit in a run right when I got there. Just ran up to campus did a little loop and came back. It was all about stretching out the legs. Nice temp but it was raining which was kinda nasty. I just pushed through it. Nice little shake out what I needed.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Stretch and essential roll when I got back. Right hamstring, actually my entire backside of my leg, it so tight. Hard to bend over and stretch it out. Didn't feel tight at all while running but now I can feel it. Might be from driving weird. Ugh felt good to get just a little bit of some mileage in to stretch it out.
