Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Fit in a run right before lunch. Ran up and did my loop on the rec way. It was ridiculously warm I was itchy and sweaty starting out. Felt pretty solid though its all uphill then coasting downhill. There is still school today which kinda sucks. Got to see all the little kids in music class as I ran by the school. For sure felt good to get the legs moving good timing to fit it in before we leave tonight. Not sure how much running Ill be able to fit in, but the goal is to just chill and recharge now and get into a new training regime once the next semester starts.
Essentials: Stretch
Brief stretch, lower legs feel the tightest. Hips kinda sore. ITs good though didn't really need to roll out or anything.
