Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 30, damp air

Comments:
I did a second run, solo. Felt good, but asthmatic! I did pound a bunch of nuts (mostly cashews) right beforehand, so I wonder if that had an effect.

Felt GOOD to open the stride up on this run: a couple <7:30s (WHEW! Watch out!). AHR was too high, like 138.

**Also: I figured possibly why my left foot's all sore: I'm shifted left, again. So I really thought about pelvis left+trunk right, AND being super-floppy in my feet, and that helped a bunch.

PM: Had a boatload of people over for a get-together. Too many people!

- my mom's cousin and her daughter+husband+toddler
- my friend Erin and her family (dad, mom, sis)
- my friend James and his family (wife, two 4yo girls) AND his parents
- my friend Max
- my friend Matt ('11, '13 WSER crew) his wife and daughter!

TONS of people in my mom's small upstairs! It was "fun", but a little too much for that type of gathering (inside-only). Good chow: like 8 types of pig.

Thankfully it didn't last long. Everyone was gone by 9...
