Comments:
Julia W's house--> BK park--> Arizona--> Down the hill by Sibley--> back to Julia's along Macarthur.
Crunch progression (45sec per) then planks (45 sec per side) then stretches.
A lovely run with Julia! I'm so happy to be able to go a little longer recently but definitely have to keep the runs short and not get to excited and re-injure myself. No shin pain though!
