For the first part of the semester Professor Barnes will discuss and demonstrate running downhill. Professor Lanese will then teach the class how to run uphill (RATS- Relax, Ankles forward, Tempo, Straight up). Members of the class will be expected to run downhill without supervision, cooldown, and do drills as the final exam.
