Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First run of 2016 getting back into it after not running all last week. Drove up to campus in the early afternoon and ran from the outdoor track. Well it was pretty cold out. Felt like it took a while to get into the groove, but it wasn't that bad actually. Just cruised around campus down to the arts quad, up around north campus, and back around Beebe Lake. Short little loop just getting it in. Really nothing much but it felt nice I didn't want to do too much.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Stretched in the parking lot, but I wanted to get going since it was chilly, and I needed to stop by at the gas station on the way back. Finished up with rolling at home. Legs not that out of it actually. I guess I was active enough in BVI. Its easier to notice not running when you switch off consistent training, so I think it wasn't a big deal last week since I havent been doing much.
