Comments:
Did my long run at the Rail Trail in Trumbull. Felt really good. Like REALLY good (on the flat part). I was clicking off 6:00 miles and they felt like I was jogging. I slowed down in the trails but that's expected with the roots and hills. Overall, good long run.
