3K at BU Mini Meet. 8:47 for 3K but I know I'm faster than that. The race went out slow. My splits were 3:00, 2:57, 2:50. I'm glad I was able to close fast. The first 3 flat felt so damn easy. Definitely happy with it. Did 8 strides (70m) on the indoor track after
