Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
A nice but chilly run with A, taking care to stay on grassy sides of sidewalks to avoid putting stress on the shins. I had a bit of tenderness on my right side so I'm going to go a bit shorter for the next couple days and try to throw in cross training. Also, had a great 5 hour long climb at Earth Treks today, which was a ton of fun!
