Comments:
we did a crazy workout today. it was essentially 4 loops, but the loops were gigantic and had hill sprints included in them. we started off by the gym and went towards the arena. from the arena to the school sign we had to sprint the hill, and then it was recovery all the day down logee street to park ave, which was pretty far i will tell you. then we turned right and went up crawford, the first street there, and had to sprint to the second stop sign, which is also incredibly far. from there it was recovery back through the mount campus back to the arena. each loop was about a mile and a half, and we did one for warmup and the workout consisted of 4 loops. time for warmup is guesstimate, and therefore so it the time for the workout.
