Decided to cross-train today. The hay is in the bar, and the foot is just way too sore and nees to get better, ASAP!

It was achy and sore walking into work, then stayed that way all day. I spin biked in my room at lunch (with "runner arms") while reading things online. I read a few iRF runner profiles, including Seth Swanson. He's a really solid guy and I'd like to meet him one of these days.

Biked for 45, then spent a bunch of time stretching my foot and calves. No pain on the bike, but I continued to be sore, that afternoon.

PM: We planned on Lonesome Randall tonight, but we didn't make it. I was at work late, securing lodging for our Coast weekend, upcoming. We ate late, then CA worked on my calf and foot. The left calf is REALLY tight!

Insult-to-injury: Avery, my client from Mexico who's running Bandera, emailed saying he could no longer afford my coaching in '16! This really sucks, since I feel like we JUST now have laid down a fantastic foundation for a huge improvement in '16. I just finished what I'd consider "the hardest work" in the process, and from here it would've been easier maintenance. On top of that, I JUST turned down TWO new coaching offers. I could offer to them, but I'm not sure I want to restart with anyone right now, especially since I'm just starting up with Nick.
