Fort River + Lincoln

Comments:
Nice run at the end of the day. Really wanted a run. Pretty productive day getting back into things. There is always more science to do. Started out the run with a nice clear head, good pace. Coming back up the hill after Fort River I was chasing some other runners I could see their reflective vests. I pushed to catch them but the turned off up Triangle. At that point I realized how tired I was from the hill. Slowed down a little through town, but then picked it up back down the hill. Wasnt that cold out this evening actually, felt comfortable in mild gear. Legs felt dead when I got back, big mileage this week for them.

Essentials: Stretch

Mild stretch. ITs feel good, back good. Kinda sore abs from the upstart core work. Gym is closed on the weekends until semester starts, which sucks. I wanted to get in there this week. At least I got the Icebox.
