With Phil and Paul Z, 15 min warmup(HR 120), 45 min easy(HR 131), didn't feel that a cooldown was necessary, my legs felt really dead today, I really couldn't get my HR up because of my legs, stretch, 30*you-call-it abs with Bobby, doesn't hurt as much when I walk around without the boot
