With Paul Z, Aidan, and Quinn, simulated 10 mi negative split run: 30 min HR 140-150(HR 145), 5*6 min intervals increasing HR by 5 each time(HR 153, 158, 162, 166, 170), 10 min cooldown(HR 145), going into this workout, I had some reservations but it turned to be my best bike workout so far, I appreciated my teammates and our awesome conversations, peak HR 174, stretch, Bear
