Comments:
Pretty chill day got to catch up on some Borderlands 2. Taking it easy getting back into the routine. Ran while it was still light out but it was starting to get dark, so I brought the head lamp along anyways. Warming up, it wasnt that cold and there wasnt much wind. Just went a long felt pretty smooth today. Empty mind just out there fitting in the miles. Hill felt good aswell. Was pretty dark by the time I did come back down the hill home, but I still held the pace.
Essentials: Stretch, Stick roller
Good stretch and stick roller to work out some stuff. IT a little bit tight actually. Not sore from the core work this week though. Legs feeling a little bit tired, this is my first back to back day in a while.
