Into the circuits now. Took off some of the old track sheets I found in my office today. Workout was:
3 sets of:
Goblet Squat x10 (25 lbs)
Single leg Box Steps x10 (25 lbs)
DB Shoulder Press x10 (25 lbs)
Bench Dips x10
Burpees x10
2 sets of:
Straight Leg deadlifts x10 (60 lbs)
More full body working legs, hammies and back. I could feel myself wavering here and there, but focused on staying controlled the whole time. Stronger than I expected. Hammies and back especially, hips need a little more. Tough going up and down the stairs when I was done but got into the running rhythm ok when I got outside.
