Short Easy Long Run

Comments:
My long run goal is 10-12 miles so I set out at like 5:30 today to do 12. I ran down MLK to the lake and that park area down there but then the path kinda just ended so I turned around. It ended up being only 10 or so. I felt good the whole but I did keep it really slow cuz I just didn't feel right today. I took like a 3 hour nap in the afternoon which helped some. Hopefully I'll sleep long and good tonight to be ready for the tempo tomorrow.

30 push-ups and 3x15 dips
