Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Yea got a good run in when I got home. Didnt really want to go out, it was cold and dark. Knew I should. Feel so much better afterwards. Headed down the hill first. Rail Trail was dark and lonely, but I did see the train out there which was cool. Thing I turned around at the 9.5 mark, couldnt see it under the snow. Kept a solid pace the whole time, the path was icy at points. Legs felt pretty good.
Essentials: Stretch
Urm just a easy stretch felt really flexible, easily touch the ground. Back to back runs was good dont feel as sore as I did earlier in the week from lifting.
