Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
felt kinda crappy. they run distance runs all together in one group. what the hell. so i'm pratically sprinting to keep up with the top runners and i can't go as far as i normally would on a long run because we're going so damn fast and i got dehydrated and got the chills because we go in the morning when I don't do as well for long runs. i need to eat something first. and then when a group stops with me to get some water before i get worse they all say this is good, now we can drop back, we hate running in huge groups like that and then they start to go really fast and its no fun. if people don't like it, WHY DO THEY DO IT??? oh my goodness its frustrating. and we ran to the course we're doing next week and ran two miles in the grass in the middle of this run and practically sprint and we're just doing loops and it's in the sun and i can't focus on what the course is anyways so what was the point. it just made me feel worse. but next week for my long run i'm not going to be here so i'm going to go extra extra slow just to be contradictory. iwu blues.
