Access Rd + Orchard Hill

Comments:
Solid run on campus. Pretty chilly, there was a wind advisory. I definitely bundled up. Campus was busy, first day of classes and there are a lot more people around now. Just starting to get dark. Ran up around the access rd, then over through campus on the usual route. Finished up real strong at the end down the hill. Legs just felt real good. Stomach held up today as well which was nice. Didnt feel a cramp or anything. I wanted to end at the gym and do some stretching or laps on the track. Bad idea. It was the busiest I have ever seen it, literally every single cardio machine was taken, and the track was a mob of people. There wasnt any room to stretch either. I just went upstairs, turned around and went right back outside. Finished up at the parking lot and jumped right in the car.

Essentials: Stretch

Weak ass stretching when I got home. Kinda tightened up a little bit but it wasnt terrible. Still legs feel good, felt strong and in shape today on the run. Solid, great feeling.
