Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Collecting data today, and I was nervous, so a run was definitely in order. I came back right before sunset and got out the door, cruising down the hill. Felt solid today. No one else was out, even though really it wasnt all that cold. I had such a drive to run today it felt easy out there. Just a straight shot on the Rail Trail, some icy spots but real good for the most part. Just thinking about all kinds of stuff made it go by fast. As I was coming back started to get dark, noticed my headlamp is kinda dim. That thing eats up batteries. Barely made it back before cramps started to come on. Thought I ate close enough, maybe I was dehydrated. Busy overall today and didnt get enough water bottles in.

Essentials: Stretch

Trying to keep the cramps off, so just sat around and did a nice and easy stretch. ITs a little tight, but I felt really flexible today. Legs felt great today and I held a nice pace, especially with slowing down at the end up the hill. Looks like snow storm wont hit us this weekend so running outside is still on the table. Then again I would run in the snow anyways. Mostly waiting for the gym to thin out a little bit more.
